How can cities rethink how they design and operate infrastructure to ensure they are ready to face megatrends such as rapid urbanization and the rise of climate-related events?
How can cities overcome the “tragedy of horizon,” i.e. aligning long-term infrastructure needs with short political cycles?
What actionable, infrastructure-specific levers can stakeholders – investors, private players, civil society – deploy now to accelerate the transition to adaptive cities?
How can governance ensure alignment among cities, governments, and investors for effective urban infrastructure policy?

Paris InfraWeek – 4th November 2025 Seminar
In 2025, InfraVision’s program includes a webinar, a breakfast panel, three podcasts, a keynote, and a student competition, bringing together experts, operators, investors, public officials, and academics around the future of urban infrastructure. These engagements contribute to a new long‑form report, sponsored by Vauban Infrastructure Partners and developed with InfraVision corporate members in collaboration with Altermind, that blends academic expertise with business insights. It will be presented during Paris InfraWeek on 4th November 2025 and will be made publicly available on this website.
